Raised between Los Angeles and a small creative town in Texas, and later living in both the Netherlands and Spain, Caroline Cook has spent her life collecting stories, exploring the world, and searching for what makes a meaningful life.

Today, she is an award-winning songwriter, illustrator, entrepreneur, journalist, speaker, and content creator whose work invites people to know themselves more deeply, connect more authentically, and live more courageously.

Whether through music, art, writing, conversation, or community, Caroline is driven by one belief: that when people understand and love who they are, they create more authentic lives, deeper relationships, and stronger communities.

Over the years, her work has taken many forms. She has released original music, toured independently, received radio airplay, published and illustrated a children's book, built an audience of tens of thousands online, founded the creative marketing company Red Cactus Media, and launched a thriving online community for women dedicated to empowerment and connection.

She has also worked as a freelance journalist, writing for publications including Elite Daily, Seventeen and AfterEllen interviewing artists, musicians and actors. Her journalism has taken her from major music festivals to intimate conversations with people whose stories deserved to be heard.
